1 1/4 Cup of Oat Flour
1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (we love Kosterina Olive OIl for baking)
1/2 Cup Almond Butter (use your favorite nut butter)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 Cup of Dark chocolate chips
In a large bowl combine oat four, vanilla protein powder and salt with a whisk. mix in Vanilla, olive oil, honey and nut butter. After initial mixing use hand to finish.
Add in chocolate chips evenly.
Line a pan with parchment paper. Press dough into an even layer. Use back of spatula to flatten if needed.
Refrigerate for 2-23 hours then cut into bars and Enjoy.
